Dr. Leopold is a primary care doctor for adults (internal medicine) and children (pediatrics) in her family practice, Creekside Family Medicine. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is your team. We offer:

• General internal medicine for adults, including treating illness and injury
• Pediatric care for kids, including treating sickness and injuries in children 2 yrs old and over
• Well-woman checks, Pap smears and other in-office gynecologic care
• Annual physicals for adults: blood pressure checks, cholesterol checks, weight management and more
• Children’s physicals, sports physicals and immunizations
• Chronic disease management: diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism asthma and COPD
• Minor office surgical procedures, such as mole removal, cyst removal and skin lesions.

Our office is conveniently located at 300 S. Jackson Street, Suite 340, in Denver, near Alameda and Colorado Boulevard. With easy parking and close highway access, it’s easy to get to us from anywhere in Denver.

We have appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon.
