To be used by pharmacies, physician offices, and hospitals. We do not accept faxes from our patients regarding medical issues due to privacy and safety concerns.
We are located centrally near the Cherry Creek Mall and are open Monday through Friday. Our office hours are:
Monday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 5:00pm
Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
We do turn our phones over for lunch from 12pm to 1pm so our staff may have a break, and at 4pm to close our charts out and prepare for the following day.
