Dr. Lori Leopold opened Creekside Family Medicine on July 1st, 2008 with Dr. Kerri Charles. Dr. Lori Leopold has been practicing family medicine in the Denver area for several years. She is very active in the local medical community and has developed close ties with many of her patients in the community. Dr. Charles has relocated to Vail, Colorado, so Dr. Leopold will be the primary physician for both hers and Dr. Charles' former patients. At this time, the clinic has the perfect amount of staff and number of patients for one physician to manage so patients do not need to find new doctors, transfer their prescriptions, or change medical records over if they were seeing Dr. Charles. They will continue on as patients of this practice seamlessly. For billing purposes, if you have an HMO provider on your insurance card you should however change your primary care provider to Dr. Leopold to ensure that referrals can be completed by her. We look forward to continuing to being your healthcare providers in the future.
